One 30-minute intake call to cover stack, niche, comp band, must-haves, and dealbreakers. You sign off on the written intake doc. After that, we route to the right recruiter and surface candidates.
We don't push resumes at you. We work both sides — we match you with a recruiter who has a track record in your specific niche, then we sit in the middle to keep briefs tight and feedback loops fast.
